PRODUCTION IN SHELL MOULD

Ripamonti Foundry specialises in the shell mould casting. In fact, in the Shell mould department we have three melting furnaces, two for aluminum and one for bronze / brass. We have three semi-automatic gravity casting where we can make products of all dimensions up to one meter height. The shell mould department does its own independent cutting, deburring and sandblasting / shot blasting. Here too, the products made in shell casting are visually checked to 100% to avoid defects in shape and in this case too, we can perform dimensional and hardness checks within and other destructive mechanical tests relying or not on external structures.
