METAL FINISHING

Within our company we have a finishing department for the produced castings, the two production departments are autonomous, being present in both the earth production department as well as in the shell production line, where an area is dedicated to cutting and deburring of formed products. Once sprue and deburring are done as required , the products move to the blasting department for further finishing, and will then be packed in accordance with the provisions of our customers.

We are further able to supply finished products of mechanical processing as we collaborate with several advanced machine workshops and are therefore capable of satisfying even the most demanding requirements.

We have a durometer for testing Brinell hardness, calipers, micrometers, altimeters, and upon request we can carry out metallographic and penetrant liquid investigations and chemical analysis for which we rely on an external laboratory.
