PRODUCTION IN EARTH MOULD

We specialise in sand casting of metals. As a matter of fact, in the Earth department, we can offer three two melting furnaces for aluminum and one for bronze / brass. The plant for the forming of the earth is fully automatic, starting from the preparation of the right composition of the earth itself. Subsequent to the forming, the casting is done by hand and the cycle continues automatically until the shakeout; Cutting, deburring and sandblasting / shot blasting are performed inside at various qualitative levels according to the customer’s request. All the parts are visually inspected to 100% so that they are free from any shape defects. Internally, we can perform hardness tests and dimensional checks, upon the customer’s request we have laboratories equipped as attested by the most important certifications to perform liquid penetrant testing at 2nd and 3rd level, x-ray and for all the destructive mechanical testing.
